The property which carries this name was built in the 18-th century on the basis of a Mas whose tradition still goes back several centuries far, the findings of hewn stones from the Roman's time point to it in the walls. The name is derived from the tower which was used as a pigeonnier (pigeon tower), and the city quarter (Saint of cerium). It was entirely renovated from the year 1999 to 2001 and today offers the topical residential standard. It is built in l form and contain, on the one hand, the main house with the round tower and the part in which both summer cottages are. The surrounding property, in the east approx. 1 hectare, in the west, in the form of terraces, approx. two hectares, is planted with cherry trees and olive trees. Before the house are three gigantic 300-year-old plane trees which donate pleasant shade in summer. After the property the Luberon nature reserve begins, from many cycle tracks and footpaths passed through is, one of it. From the house, property and even from the swimming-pool one has the look up to the Mont Ventoux approx. 60 km away, geant of the Provence. The city is accessible at less than 10 walking minutes. Apt is famous for his weekly market on Saturday, one of the biggest ones of the Provence. It is also called world capital of the candied fruits because here since age the fruits of the Provence are processed to fruit confit.
